Biography

Scott has the distinction of being the only lawyer in the State who has been a Cop on the streets of Atlanta, a Trial Asst District Attorney with Fulton County, a Roswell City Councilman and the Chief Judge in the Alpharetta Municipal Court.  He has over 40 years experience in the Legal Arena.  BUT - unlike many other lawyers, he IS available by phone and is committed to maintaining strong, open communications with his clients.  He returns phone calls and messages... 

With this strong Criminal Law foundation, Scott limits his legal Guidance to people caught, lost or stuck in the Legal Jungle ~ the jungle that involves interaction with police, detectives or agents: from simple traffic tickets, to arrests for more serious traffic charges, to other assault, or drug related charges, felonies and indictments.  He treats you like you would want to be treated - No BS...
