Biography
Tom Salata has been practicing civil and criminal litigation in Northern Georgia since graduating from law school in 1999. Originally from Dunwoody, Tom attended West Virginal Wesleyan College and was employed as a media specialist with the West Virginia Senate before returning to Georgia to study law.
Tom was licensed as a private investigator while in law school working for attorneys and law firms in Atlanta. He was a certified firearms instructor through the Georgia Board of Private Detectives and Security Agencies and trained private detectives for five years.
An avid high altitude mountain climber, Tom has spent time in the great mountains of the Alaska Range, Sierra Nevada, Cascades, the Andes of Argentina, Volcanoes of Mexico and the Swiss Alps. He is also a mediocre gardener and likes to spend Saturday afternoons in his yard.
Tom lives in North Fulton, has been married to his soul mate Lori for fifteen years and has two daughters.
